Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • You received a damaged or defective product.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

Return & Exchange Request

  • Requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Please provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the product.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Used or worn jewelry.
  • Items damaged due to improper handling or misuse.
  • Products returned without their original packaging.
  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items (unless they arrive damaged or incorrect).

Exchange Process

Once your request is approved:

  • We will arrange an exchange for the same product, subject to availability.
  • If the item is unavailable, we may offer a replacement of equal value or another suitable solution.

Refunds

Refunds are only considered if:

  • A replacement or exchange is not available.
  • The issue is verified and approved by our support team.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where applicable. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund details will be shared after approval.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is requested for any other approved reason, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
